How It Works & How To Order

1. Secure Your Order & Design Slot

Place your order here on the website to secure your production slot. Please note that there is an additional $25.00 Designer Fee applied to create your custom digital layout unless you already have your own design.

2. Text Your Photos & Details

Once your order is placed, submit all your design details, concepts, and high-resolution images directly to our dedicated project line:

Please include your full name and order number with your text so we can match your media to your payment.

Image Quality Warning: We require high-quality, clear images for production. If you submit blurry, pixelated, or low-quality photos, it will directly affect the final appearance of your jersey. We print exactly what you send, so please ensure your photos are sharp and clear.

3. Review Your Proof

You will receive a digital mockup/proof via text to review before any vinyl is cut or any film is printed.

Included: Your order includes one (1) free round of design revisions to adjust text or placement.

Revision Policy: Any additional changes requested after that first complimentary revision round will incur a $10.00 fee per edit.

4. Digital Mockups vs. Physical Prints

Please keep in mind that the colors on your digital mockup screen may vary slightly from the physical jersey. Digital screens display colors using back-lit light (RGB), whereas physical HTV materials and DTF apparel inks print using physical pigments. We do our absolute best to match your vision, but exact color shading cannot be 100% guaranteed due to these standard industry manufacturing differences.

Timeline, Shipping & Care

Standard Turnaround: 2 to 3 weeks. Production times vary and items may ship sooner, but this is our standard manufacturing window.

Rush Orders: If you need your jersey ahead of our standard timeline, a Rush Order Fee of $25.00 can be added to push your order to the front of the production line.

Care Instructions: To keep your DTF prints and HTV lettering looking brand new, always wash the garment inside out in cold water and hang dry. Do not iron directly over the design elements.
